That of Salumificio Pedrazzoli is the story of a family, where its members went from being pork butchers to workers in a cured meat factory, to then becoming butchers and entrepreneurs themselves. Founded in 1951, Pedrazzoli is located in the center of San Giovanni del Dosso, in the province of Mantova. The dream of the progenitor Arnaldo Pedrazzoli became reality in this renowned area, with a long food and wine tradition, thanks to the support of his wife and his three sons. The company, and the entire family, is dedicated to the butchering and processing of cured meats, specializing over time in organic products as well.
